Notion is an all-in-one workspace for docs, wikis, projects and notes. This listing is Notion's Builders offer: a free period on Notion's Business plan, with Notion AI included, for eligible startups and small teams.

Notion sets your offer length (1 or 3 months) from your application. Notion's own Startups page (notion.com/startups) also lists up to 6 months for companies affiliated with one of its select startup partners; the Builders page lists only the 1- and 3-month offers.

Notion's page also lists two other benefits you can apply for: Notion Perks (software discounts for founders) and one complimentary session with a Notion Certified Consultant to set up your workspace. We have not verified their terms.

You must be a non-paying Notion customer with a valid work email (no Gmail, Outlook or similar) and a working public company website, have fewer than 100 employees, and not have received a previous Notion promotion. Notion's terms also require that you have never been a paying Notion customer.

Notion's page offers 3 months to non-paying customers with over 10 employees and 1 month to those with under 10. The 3-month offer is designed for startups building scalable tech-related products or services; SMBs, service-based businesses, consultancies, agencies and companies under 10 employees receive 1 month.

You may also be limited to 1 month if your application shows:

• An inactive or incomplete website (a parking page, errors, or an unclear description of your business)
• Only personal social media profiles instead of company pages
• Not enough information to verify your business
• A solo applicant rather than a company

The offer can be used once, cannot be combined with other offers or codes, cannot be applied to an existing paid subscription, and expires one year after it is issued. Notion decides who receives the offer and can change or end the program.
