Stripe Atlas — startup perks bundle

Stripe Atlas handles US company incorporation end to end: it generates and files your Delaware incorporation documents (created with Cooley LLP, a respected startup law firm), gets your company tax ID, issues founder equity, and files your 83(b) election — no phone calls or paperwork required. Stripe says you can incorporate in one business day. Over 170,000 founders have used Atlas.

Incorporating costs a one-time $500 fee (plus $100/year afterward for registered-agent service, which Delaware requires); Stripe refunds the $500 fee when you deposit $5,000 into a Stripe Treasury account.
