Startup programs change their terms. When we notice a change to one of the deals listed here, we write it down by hand: what changed, on which date, and where we saw it. The deal pages always show the current terms; this is the record of how they moved.

Anthropic: Claude for Startups — applications closed
Anthropic's Claude for Startups page now says the current cohort is full and it is not accepting new applications. By 9 October it had said Anthropic was over capacity on the free year of Claude Team and the $1,000 API credit offers. Between 12 and 14 October the Apply button, those two offers and that notice were removed. Current members keep access. Anthropic gave no reopening date.
